Mark is Chief Business Officer at LedgerEdge and oversees all aspects of the company, with a focus on client facing operations, partnerships and onboarding.

Mark has a proven track-record of transforming financial technology businesses and his career spans significant experience in fixed income and capital markets. Previously he was COO at Trumid XT, where he played a pivotal role in leading the SGX, Trumid & Hillhouse electronic credit trading joint venture.

Mark has also held senior fixed income roles at SGX, Nomura, Deutsche Bank, UBS and HSBC.

Kate is Chief Commercial Officer at LedgerEdge, and leads our product, sales, marketing, and new strategic opportunities.

Kate has extensive experience building trading platforms and a deep knowledge of the fixed income trading space. Before joining LedgerEdge, Kate was Executive Director at BrokerTec, leading and building their Global Dealer to Client platform, BrokerTec Quote, and running their interbank repo businesses globally. Prior to that, Kate was responsible for delivering new and innovative corporate bond electronic solutions at ICAP, in addition to being a corporate bond trader with Barclays Capital.

Kate holds a degree in Philosophy and Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a degree in Computing and IT from The Open University.

David Rutter is the Founder of LedgerEdge, as well as CEO and Founder of R3, an enterprise software company that has empowered blockchain innovation through its flagship platform, Corda.

David also founded, funded LiquidityEdge LLC., selling the business to to MarketAxess.

When David’s not creating the next evolution in FinTech, he’s a dedicated philanthropist, most notably a well-known member of Charity Water which gets clean water to those who need it most.

Ian Chicken is Chief Operating Officer at LedgerEdge, an independent financial consultant, as well as a board director of TFS-ICAP Limited, an FCA regulated firm and TFS-ICAP LLC.

Previously he was Business Transformation Director at NEX Group, and COO of BrokerTec. He was a Board Director of LIFFE, the Recognised Investment Exchange, and began his career in London for HSBC in a number of operations and systems coordination roles culminating in the Head of Fixed Income and Futures Operations.

Stephen Caplen is CFO at LedgerEdge. Stephen is a chartered accountant with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.  He provides financial consultancy services to a number of fintech start-ups including Mosaic Smart Data, Novafori and Fundadminchain.

Stephen was previously CFO of EBS, and has held senior positions as COO of ENSO Financial Analytics, Deputy Group CFO of ICAP & Deputy Head of Finance of the London Stock Exchange.

Bob Bose is Chief Technical Officer at LedgerEdge and an independent e-trading consultant. Previously he was Head of Front Office IT at Santander Corporate and Global Banking, Head of Technology EU at Brokertec, Global Head of Fixed Income Electronic Trading Technology at Credit Suisse, Head of Technology at Tullett & Tokyo Forex.

He began his career as a real-time programmer in the defence sector and then moved into comms and real-time market data distribution development roles.
